This Saturday 25/11 (9am-5pm) – Armenian Apostolic Church Bazaar
The Armenian Apostolic Church Of St. Mary’s Ladies Guild are proud to be hosting the 2023 Bazaar. All community members are invited to drop in to the Church Hall from 9am to 5pm this Saturday.
Explore the creativity of our community with stalls showcasing unique handmade goods, jewellery, aromatic soaps, delectable cakes, and more. Find the perfect, one-of-a-kind gifts for your loved ones ahead of Christmas!
Savor the richness of Armenian culture with culinary delights. From mouthwatering kebabs cooking fresh throughout the day, to flavourful Mante and delicious Lahmajoun to take home, or a huge range of traditional Armenian sweets, there’s plenty of food in store.
This Saturday 25/11 – Kebab Meal Deal
The Meal Deal this Saturday is…. Armenian Kebab & Chips for $10!
If you’d like your child to partake, please send $10 with them. Money will be collected at the start of class, and the meal deals will be delivered to the students classrooms just prior to recess (so they don’t have to line up to enjoy a delicious Armenian Kebab).
Thursday 30/11 – End Of Year Concert Rehearsal
We sent a ‘save the date’ a little while ago, so this one’s a reminder and some more details. As you know, the Aginian 2023 End Of Year Concert is almost here and our students will be taking part in a rehearsal before the big event.
- Date: Thursday 30/11
- Time: 6pm-7:15pm (Grade Prep to Grade 3) / 6:45pm – 8:15pm (Grade 4 and up)
- Location: Ashwood High School Performing Arts Theatre, 50 Vannam Dr. Ashwood
Saturday 2/12 – Last Day Of Aginian For 2023
Next Saturday is the last day of Aginian for 2023. It’s going to be a day of fun (and a little bit of concert practice too), with a complimentary Sausage Sizzle and Icy Poles for our students. Like all past years, there might even be a special guest appearance (hint… he’s been know to keep company with the likes of Rudolf, Dasher, Dancer, Comet and Blitzen). No uniform needed on this day, casual clothes, and school will finish at the normal time of 5:30pm.
Sunday 3/12 – Aginian 2023 End Of Year Concert
Last on our list of special events is the 2023 Aginian End Of Year Concert. We can’t wait to celebrate the end of the year whilst showcasing the amazing effort our students have displayed through the performances we’ve got planned.
For Our Guests:
- Date: Sunday 3/12
- Time: 2pm-5pm
- Location: Ashwood High School Performing Arts Centre, 50 Vannam Dr. Ashwood 3147
- Cost: $25 per head on the door for adults, includes entry, afternoon tea and a digital video recording of the concert. Kids 5 and up are $15. Students and kids under 5 are free.
For Our Students:
- Arrival Time: 1pm
- Eat/Drink: Pizza will be provided for students. Each student to bring their own water bottle and a small bag to place change of clothes in (please ensure names are on bottles)
